Hi! Is your style a big ol' gentle tiger guy? That's me, Shadow, a 15-pound black-and-brown mix tabby. I'm 5 1/2. I was surrendered here a few months ago because my owner was in poor health and could no longer care for me. I need an adult-only home, please. I'm quiet and nap a lot. At my age and size I'm not likely to chase balls, but I do like catnip toys. I respond immediately and positively to attention. I'm most comfortable with women as that was my last parent, am frightened of kids, like only quiet, calm dogs and am OK with other cats of all ages. Because of my shyness, I may take a while to warm up in a new home. But try me! I'll earn my stripes, beyond the Shadow of a doubt!
